Fantastic customer care! We bought a hamster for my daughter last weekend and the lovely lady who helped us was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely store :)

Nice clean store with vets and grooming facilities. Products can be a bit more expensive, but a huge range of animal treats, foods and toys in store. Staff are also very helpful. We had an issue with a collar tag and they replaced it FOC no questions asked.
