Quite an old syle building. Needs modernisation for a major banking brand. Staff were polite and helpful. Can be hit and miss for quick sevice. It is a small venue just two windows and only one may be open. Parking is difficult nearby. Lots of yellow lines and 20 minute restrictions but this is the fault of the council and not the venue.

Lovely, brand new space. Friendly staff. Never had to wait too long to be served. And, of course, the good feeling that comes with knowing that I am keeping my money with a building society, not a bank.
